Refund & Cancellation


1.       Regarding Reservation

a.    Please make advance reservation via online mode (website or Online travel agents), offline travel agents, WhatsApp, any mode of social media or over a telephonic conversation to ensure room availability.

b.    Booking the room in advance through online mode of payment or depositing cash over the counter is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.

c.     Rates displayed online on the hotel website are updated and will be accompanied by confirmation voucher as booking confirmation. Room rates differ season to season and generally are dynamic in nature. Once rate is selected and transaction is executed by you, no other rate will be applicable or applied to withdraw the booking or to enforce any refund.

d.    Room rates are structured to define a basic room tariff, it can be treated as confirmed room rate but taxes are extra as per rules laid down by goods and services tax department that may change as per change in rules and regulation laid down by the GST of state / centre department whichever is applicable.

e.    Bill of sale during the time of check out will be billed as per local currency of country of origin.

f.     We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest has reserved or performed in a fraudulent manner or with any mala-fide intention or any mistake or any error.

g.    During check in, please present the reservation confirmation voucher or mail along with valid Indian photo ID or Passport in case of NRI or foreigners, PAN card, Election Identity Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/ State government and the valid credit card for any incidental and/ or extra charges.

h.    All promotion/sale rates are restrictive fares and are non- refundable. Certain promotion/sale Rates do not permit any changes in hotel booking. Under all promotion(s)/sale rates limited inventory is available on select Room type(s) only on first come first served basis. Hotels reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the promotion/sale without any prior notice.

I.     All extra services & amenities are not part of this offer and will be available at an additional charges or applicable charges as per prevailing rates.

j.     Promotion / sales offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty program run by hotels or any third party agents.

k.    In case of non-availability of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternate similar standard hotel/ in a similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.

2.       Regarding Occupancy

a.    Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charged extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel.     

3.       Regarding payments vide online / offline mode of payment

a.    The room tariff paid via online / offline mode of payment, via card & via UPI in advance equivalent to total room nights booked for the entire stay gets an confirmed reservation.

b.    Corporate reservations need to be secured by paying the 100% payment in advance in case of bulk booking. For any alternate mode payment, please contact Hotel’s Reservation team.

c.     Group booking of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the advance deposit paid towards the confirmed reservation as specified in cancellation & early checkout policy.

4.       Regarding cancellation & refund

a.    In case of any change in the reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, confirmed guest / confirmed customer has to ensure to inform the hotel reservation desk in writing about the cancellation or change or amendments in the reservation. This change in the plans has to be conveyed as per below

(i) Refund of 100% payment in case intimation is served 1 week in advance of the check-in date

(ii) Refund of 50% payment in case intimation is served 48 hours in advance of the check-in date

(iii) Refund of 25% payment in case intimation is served 24 hours in advance of the check-in date

(iv) No refund of payment will be processed or entertained in case intimation is served with 24 hours before the check-in date.

b.    The modification / cancellation request for booking made online will be processed automatically through the online travel portals or internet-based Booking Engine. Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification / cancellation rules as listed in the terms & conditions of online travel portals or internet-based booking engines. In case of re-booking, a rate may difference as per applicable seasonal rates that shall be payable as per the rate applicable for the re-booked date / room type and subject to availability.

c.    Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified / amended reservation can be paid through the same payment mode as used earlier as used for original reservation.

d.    Please note that if an online booking is modified or cancelled with the hotel’s reservations Office/ Hotel’s sales office, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online. Since this reservation is channelize through online travel portals or internet-based Booking Engine

e.    The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed and paid to the concerned travel Agents only and no refund shall be admissible online or any other form of payment.

f.     In case of early checkout, there is no implication on the room rates or refund of payment since the property is not used for the reserved time of booking. Guest / customer is liable to pay the entire confirmed reservation amount as agreed to be paid while confirming the booking / reservation.

g.    On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing time taken to refund the payment as per mentioned in the clause no. 4 (a) will take at least two (2) to four (4) weeks. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle and processing time of the Bank. The refund depends on numerous time factor such as the hotel’s cancellation & refund terms & conditions, time of cancellation and processing fees etc.

5.       Regarding Check-in & Check-out time,

a.    Normal check in time is 12:00 PM. For late arrivals, please inform the front desk contact details mentioned in the website connected to the concerned property.

b.    Check -out time is at 10:00 AM.

c.    Early check -in and check -out is available by means of advance / prior intimation / information subject to availability of rooms in the same category of rooms.

6.       Regarding children & infants,

a.    Child (up to 5 years) can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed. Extra mattress charges will be chargeable in case required.

b.    Children between 5 years to 12 years of age will be charged extra.

c.    Children above 12 years age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent reservation charges will be applicable and levied at the time of booking.

7.       No-show or Non-arrival

a.    If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date as per confirmed reservation, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel and will be charge for the entire reservation.

b.    During your entire stay at the hotel, if check in is not performed in the stipulated check in date or time, guest / customer are required to inform the front desk or reservation about the delayed check in or later than the check in date / time. If not done within time, entire reservation for the particular period will stand auto-cancelled and no refund will be processed or admitted on request.

8.       Miscellaneous

a.    Please note that hotel neither guarantees nor is liable to admit or entertain any request for any amendment in plan or any other special request.

b.    Producing reservation confirmation mail or confirmatory booking id provided through online travel agents or offline travel agents is mandatory to be presented at the hotel front desk on arrival. On failure to produce such confirmation mail or confirmatory booking id provided through online travel agents or offline travel agents, hotel reserve a right to deny the booking.
